Some food pyramid! I know of another good food pyramid that mentions exercise as a main component (!) in the really neat book by Molly Katzen and Walter Willett, MD: Eat, Drink, and Weigh Less (2007). This book is something you might want to check out, since its approach is very forgiving, and concentrates on changing lifetime habits...
